This soldering iron is brilliant value. It might be cheap but it’s still sturdy, heats up quickly and perfect when you need a fine tipped soldering iron for detailed work. The iron doesn’t have a posh stand, but it does come with a piece of metal which quickly folds out so you have somewhere to sit the iron safely. For the inexperienced (like me) it’s not very good for removing solder, so if you need to de-solder a component first, get an iron that’s a much higher wattage.
Usable but the wire is a bit stiff has a tenancy to pull out of the holder i’ve got, wire to short to but it works fine.
I got this soldering iron for my dad who is an electrician and who needed a fairly fine tipped iron for small to medium sized cable work. He said it is perfect for the job and is very happy with it. I should also say that the price was very low and so this product is a steal.

“Good value for neat soldering work

Have not used it a lot of times but worked well when i did. May not be the heavy duty one for constant or heavy use but is ok.
Product was dispatched very swiftly and i am satisfied with my purchase. I will consider this supplier again in the future and recommend them to others.
It’s a nice tool for the soldering work i do.
Excellent product good value for money the packaging was very good would definitely recommend this product to friends and family.
I’ve used it once, and it made the coil of metal i bought seperatly melt. I also managed to get very small dropletts using this. But apart from that all other failings are my own.But good for the odd job if i ever need it again.
This soldering iron is perfect for small electrical jobs and it works well, getting to a decent temperature very quickly and being easy to handle, and for the money you can’t have too many complaints.
I bought this for a small project i wanted to pursue and it worked very well. It doesn’t take too long to heat up and it seems to be built solidly. It is slightly smaller than other irons i have used in the past and i found this to be an advantage, since soldering can be quite tricky at timesrecommended if you are looking for a good, cheap soldering iron.
