Ordered this saw as i wanted a table saw but didn’t want to re-mortgage my house to get one. I’ve used it a couple of times now and i am really pleased with the results. The table and slides are easy to set up and it cuts through thicknesses up to 50mm with ease. One thing i will say is it’s quite loud so i would recommend a pair of earplugs as a minimum when using it. Other than that though, for the price you pay, it’s a fantastic piece of kit.
It’s ok as a home workshop machine but lacks a bit of accuracy for precision work.
Not the greatest table saw but great for the price so ill give it 5 stars for the category of ‘budget table saw’instructions were a little lousy so just used main picture to screw on the few extra pieces (saw already attached, thankfully). Easily done and usable in 10 minutes and cuts through extra thick mdf and pallets very easily.
A very compact and powerful saw.
I suppose i expected too much but i was completely underwhelmed by this tool. Everything from the cheap packaging to the rubber feet that fell off, to the blade guard that falls down and obscures the feed when starting and the fence clamps which make it extremely difficult to position the fence accurately tells you this is a cheap tool. It struggled to rip some 50mm pine and left ugly saw marks on the workpiece. If you want a saw table that can produce some quality work and is a pleasure to use, skip this and spend a bit more.
Lumberjack BTS210 8″ 210mm Bench Top Hobby Table Saw : Plenty of power and very portable. The rip fence is pretty good and clamps and both ends. The rule scale is accurate and getting a nice parallel rip is easy enough. The cross cut fence is pretty bad though with about 1mm of play in it. I intend to replace this with a wooden fence at some point. Setup was easy and the blade was set dead square from the box. I’ve ripped pine and oak up to two inches thick and it works a treat and leaves a good straight square smooth edge.
Great piece of kit does what it says.
Spot on going make a jig for more precise cuts after xmas it was a xmas prexy can’t wait to turn it on.
Seriously powerful saw works well for most tasks only moan is there is slight play in saw blade.
I would say it’s a saw for rough cutting work and you get what you pay for. The top isn’t very flat, the fence is poor and it’s inaccurate. The splitter is also too high for the blade so you can’t cut less than the full thickness of the wood. Its a cheap saw and the quality reflects that. Really depends what your are using it for.
Good small workshop table saw.
Good value for money, does a basic job at a fair price.
Great tool fantastic for my workshop.
Does everything l wanted it for.
I like this because the blade you can move it up and down this give’s a better cut to the thickness of wood.
I am very pleased with item.
Wow best thing since sliced bread, this is a great addition to my hobby shed.
