Bosch PSB 750 RCE Hammer Drill : Handy for Beginners

Great drill – lives up to its reputation, i have enjoyed using it. . For a reasonable price this drill can do all of your general diy tasks and more. It has certainly helped me with everything i have thrown at it during moving to a new house.

Bit plasticky – ok – but disappointing. . The box is rubbish thin-pressed plastic, as is the drill plastic thin, – hopefully the drill will work ok. Feels cheap – not what i’d expect from bosch. Won’t buy their stuff again , as the next logical step to save production costs is to cut back on the working parts. Not a bit like previous bosch drills i’ve bought. I’ll keep it, but not expecting a long life from this drill.

Excellent drill for a household diy’er. I purchased a cordless hammer drill a while ago and it was just pathetic i gave up after trying to drill a hole into the outhouse, so i ordered one of these and wow what a massive difference, it went through brick and block like butter, no need to pay out stacks for trade grade drills, this one will do anything a diy’er will ever need, i don’t usually use the depth guide on other drills but as this one stows neatly on the drill itself it’s a no fuss set up and away you go with precision drilling exactly to depth without needing tools or having to find bits floating about the tool box. Also the hand grip is easy to move (the depth guide is attached to this too) and very quick to adjust when you need to move it. This is one of the better purchases i’ve made tool wise and i’d definitely recommend this to any diy’er, you’d probably need something a bit more meaty if you’re needing it for trade use though.

Bosch reputation lives up to expectactions. On a warm sunny afternoon my husband was ready to carry out a few diy jobs which entailed drilling,he got his trusty [28 yr old] drill out and disaster struck. . She had given up the ghost and passed on to wherever drills go to. I immediately went online, not wanting to let this opportunity pass and after viewing and reviewing the amazing selection amazon have on offer,he decided on the bosch psb 750 rce impact drill. Three days later it arrived and i may now have to hide it for a while as anything that can be drilled has been it truly is a first class drill and goes through brick work [which the previous model did not] like a knife through butter. All jobs were done in record time with first class results which is down to superior manufacture and a wonderful competent hubby.

Having replaced an older bosch which gave me good service for many years. Having replaced an older bosch which gave me good service for many years, i had no trouble deciding on the replacement when the trigger switch gave up. I am equally pleased with my new one. It is great for most diy jobs, not too big , not too small.

Up to the usual high bosch standard. Does what we wanted from a drill at the cheaper end of the range. It is being used for a task for which a battery powered drill is totally unsuited; i. Almost continuous running for and hour, several times a day. It remains to be seen how long it will last with this usage.

I purchased a bosch 1000 drill previously but found it great for big and heavy jobs but when you want to put up a small item like a mirror or a picture it is too heavy to use one handed the 750 is much lighter and still has speed adjustment although the 1000 has two gears and is great for slow drilling i think it’s nice to have both options. I also prefer the speed adjustment seperate from the trigger which is the case an both of these models. I would recommend both for any diy job.

Inexplicably,my husband was delighted with this (apparently bosch cannot go wrong). The power in this drill supersedes anything he has got. Yet another brownie point for me. He much prefers keyless chucks, ?????. And apparently this drill has it all.

Excellent bit of kit which does what i need and. Excellent bit of kit which does what i need and lets me get on with jobs. Chose same model as previous one because it’s so good.

Well this was my experience of using this for the first time when drilling into a hard external wall to hang up a shelf for swmbo. It was so easy – and i thought what crap drills i have used before – this is superior to my trusty old ‘english’ made black & decker, and another brought from a now defunct diy chain (no wonder). The keyless chuck is a real sweet bonus & is a doddle to use, as was the depth guide. The aforementioned shelf was up in no time and i even had another that she wanted me to install as it took little time. Inside the box is a place for the dust collector, but using the vaccum cleaner nozzle beneath the chuck saves most of the mess anyway – but i like gizmos & gadets to make my life easier; so might get one – look out for a review here. It arrived by dpd quickly – within 2 days. I am pleased with the build quality and the weight is light enough to be surprised by the power. The variable speed is a real bonus and the whole thing is easy to use.

I usually love bosch products. Was delighted when i received my drill -disappointing performance on the motor- drill didnt last as i expected it to :(.

Excellent piece of kit – light. Excellent piece of kit – light, easy to use and the speed control is a boon over my older bosch drill. I like the locking keyless chuch as i have always struggled with the previous versions. Must be about the 10th bosch tool i’ve got and all still working perfectly – just neede a lighter drill than my old one – recommended.

A good drill, as you would expect from bosch. . I really like bosch products. I think they occupy that gap between the cheap tools and the likes of makita and de walt. I purchased this particular drill because i initially needed it to drill into masonry so the hammer action was a must. It comes with an adjustable hand grip which is great for added control and the depth gauge works wonders when you need it. I really like the adjustable speed control (located on the top of the unit) which allows you to adjust the drill accordingly to what you are drilling. I’m pretty sure my dad has some old bosch tools from the 70’s so i won’t be surprised if i am still using this drill in 2050.

I’m quite useless when it comes to diy, but i can control a several off employment close to the dwelling (placing up cabinets, curtain poles and so forth). This drill is ideal for tiny positions close to the dwelling, it is nice and mild and has lots of grunt for drilling into partitions etcetera. I also like that you don’t need to have a chuck important. I’m not certain how the drill would fare for a additional significant diyer, but it absolutely fits our purpose.

Obtaining replaced an more mature bosch which gave me good company for a lot of several years. Possessing replaced an older bosch which gave me superior services for a lot of many years, i had no hassle deciding on the substitution when the bring about switch gave up. I am equally delighted with my new just one. It is great for most diy employment, not also large , not also small.

Requested bosch as i have been delighted with all my bosch do it yourself package. Sent extremely immediately and in superior issue. Have only utilized it after but drilled through concrete superior than my 24v bosch battery drill. Bosch give me the good quality and cost that i count on.

My very last bosch drill lasted about twenty a long time with great service, not absolutely sure if the top quality is of the exact standard on this a person, the on/off change is already a little bit stiff after only an hrs use, taking into consideration returning.

Bosch psb 750 rce affect drill. The psb750 bosch i bought received caught on the hammer drill irrespective irrespective of whether it was on or off. Ireturned and you despatched one more one. Is it gentleman plenty of for hammer drilling masonry.

I typically appreciate bosch goods. Was delighted when i been given my drill -disappointing effectiveness on the motor- drill didnt last as i expected it to :(.
